This mural metaphor represents "the primal scream erupting upon the awareness of realizing organic sentience".

It is the howling that we all do at life, the wailing for and at our fellow humans for being so blind, and at ourselves for perhaps being too aware and yet not even aware enough of this reality.

It is also that desperate cry we all utter upon being born, the scream at knowing that death is our final and lasting reward, just for being awakened into life here on this cosmic "God" planet.
