Mural No. 708 Pigmented inks, on heavy fine art paper Sixteen panels
in total, each 40"x60" The mural consists of two separate black and white images scanned to allow for the addition of colour. Both were photographed
in India during 1989. They are wholly intact and virtually as taken, nothing has been cropped, twisted, or distorted. The base image is a photograph of a painted canvas surface that has been repeated sixteen times to form a fractal pattern. The face image, a small carved
stone shrine, a families homage to their parents, is simply blended
with the cloth image.
