Mural No. 699

The mural consists of two separate colour images. The face was captured using 8"x10" transparency film in Calcutta (Kolkata) in 1993 during the Kali Puja (festival). It is the face of a Yogini (one of Kali's legion of helpers). The landscape, dried cracked mud, was taken not far from my studio in the later part of the 1990s.
