The face image was taken using 8"x10" transparency film in Calcutta (Kolkata) during the 1993 Kail Puja (festival). It's the face of one of Kali's many Yoginies ( helpers and Goddesses in their own right ).

The landscape image was taken in Canada, not far from my studio in the mid 1990s. They were combined in layers and have been blended together using the layers blending options. Yes the colours have been readjusted as well.
